Fluffy Fluffy East Midlands

Mint, Lorna, Maisy have been so amazing! Me and my Girlfriend had such a lovely dessert. We ordered a Biscoff Pancake and it was delicious! I have a severe Nut allergy and I told them about it and they reassured me that may contain traces in the product due to the kitchen having Nuts, but not necessarily on the dessert we ordered. They kindly asked us what we drinks we wanted and again they made sure the drink I ordered didn’t have any traces of Nuts. I am happy to say that Fluffy Fluffy is an amazing Desserts place to enjoy Fluffy Pancakes. The customer service East Midlands Designer Outlet was Top Notch. I highly recommend dessert lovers to give this a try.

Took a day out to the East Midlands Designer outlet with some friends. I've heard good things about Fluffy Fluffy pancakes so we had to try it. It really didn't disappoint! We got the pistachio and biscoff pancake along with the Tuscan and Nordic Croffle. It was absolutely delicious! The pancakes and Croffles were really well balanced in favour, really light and so delicious! I highly recommend if you haven't tried it, it is a must!! The service was excellent and the manager was really helpful, patient and always smiling. Must give it a try/ visit!

We visited last night and had an amazing experience. From the moment we walked up to order we were greeted by friendly and engaging staff. They really knew the product and had some great recommendations. We tried the following - Mango Lemonade Strawberry Lemonade Mango Slushie Avocado Croffle Nordic Croffle Avocado Griddle Bacon Griddle Mango Fruit Torte Cheescake Yuzu Cheesecake Blueberry Pancakes Oh my the food and drink was fantastic!! We have had the pancakes before and absolutely loved them. But today was the first time we tried the savoury items and cheesecakes. Some standouts were the Avocado Croffle. That is a flavour bomb to another degree! The balsamic glaze and feta cheese makes this stand out! Really enjoyed the griddles as well. You get a slight sweetness from the waffle and then the egg and bacon are cooked to perfection with some tasty melting cheese. The cheesecake. So I have always said the only cheesecake I like are baked ones. Well not anymore. Their cheesecake is unbelievably fluffy for chilled cheesecake. I was enjoying every bite. The Yuzu one was divine. Great addition to the food court! Had the Acai bowl and Fluffles for breakfast, along with a strawberry lemonade in a can to go. The Acai bowl tasted phenomenal, and really hit the spot. I was curious about the Fluffles so got one portion to try, as they're very reasonably priced. It was nice pillowy bite sized pieces. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back soon, will try the yoghurt bowl and a pancake next time!

Came here for my partners 30th birthday breakfast and it was amazing. The staff were absolutely brilliant and welcoming and the food was spectacular. Would highly recommend especially if you have a sweet tooth

Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious, I just think there needed to be more of it. It felt like a snack rather than a meal. The pancakes are enough for little one but not for adults. Customer service was excellent and great recommendations. The drink I had didn't mix well as it feels like the setup at the bottom didnt dissolve fast enough. I will be back as there are other pancake flavours I need to try.

These pancakes are so good! I was a bit skeptical at first, went and spoke to the helpful staff who explained what the pancakes are and I saw them making some and I was so surprised. They are nothing like normal pancakes, they're very thick and big but so airy, soft and fluffy lol. They're called souffle pancakes from Japan, and I had the Nutella Strawberry, and I must say it was so tasty. Also got an iced latte in a can?? They can literally put your drink in a sealed can... Mind blown! It was great to have on the road. I'll be back next time I'm passing through the M1.

Fantastic addition to the food court. The pancakes are definitely worth the wait time while they are cooked fresh for you (roughly 20 minutes). Will definitely return to try other menu options. We tried the creme brulee and tiramisu ones they did not disappoint.
